69 newport, my sister ran first with the ladies and won, i ran it after her and took 4th in the feature, got hung up on a car that lost his driveshaft, couldnt break free alone. owell it was only my 3rd derby i was happy!!!!

I had a clean 74 impala that I ran 4 times with 2 wins, the front frame pushed back but it took forever to nose. The back rolled and packed in nice. I have ran alot of other Impalas that were not as strong. It was not anything special, just a hard car that bent and folded perfectly and would never stop running.

74 Malibu..... Got a 2nd and a 1st with it..... Could have been ran again easily.

It only rust them at the seams though.....

Mine was an '89 Caprice. Flat leafed it for the first run and won a Pro-Mod one shot deal. I took the leafs off, added hump plates and kickers to the humps and got 7th in an old style show running against old Galaxies, Dueces, and Shocker Mopars.

For me it would have to be 78 cordoba, couple of heat wins and a 2nd in a feature

76 chevy wagon zero rust won 1st feature and got 3rd when ran the second time humps kinked front bumper straight junked it wagons were cheap if only i would have thought about it alittle more....

Mine was a 66 Pontiac bonneville. I got 9 runs out of it. The front wasn't the strongest but the back wouldn't bend.

86 escort wagon!!!!! Only because its the only win I have...lol Stock show, backend plowed, but motor would not quit. Ask the guys at the show it spewed all of the oil during the figure 8 race and then spewed another 4 1/2 quarts during the derby, but she still brought home the trophy...lol
