Hello.
Has anybody tried to eliminate the self adjuster cable on a Ford 9 "?
If I leave it off, will the adjuster arm at the bottom come off and screw my brakes up?
Is there a spring that I could use to replace the whole setup?
Any part numbers?
This is for a demo car, just to be clear.

i hate the self adjuster cable setup. fought with the one on my driver for almost 45 mins last night.
take off all the self adjuster and parking brake stuff,,,,
all you need is..
2 hold down springs and tabs
2 return springs on top
an adjuster at the bottom
1 spring holding the shoes together at the bottom above the adjuster..

use the one from the self adjuster,,, put it in the other hole
