nice i love it.. is there a feature to that derby posted?
not yet, but i'm sure she'll post up the consi(if there is one) and the feature within the next few days. I'd imagine with the quality and length it takes a little while to upload some of them.
here are the other heats and past videos:

one of the best derby vid channels on youtube IMO
WHY DONT THE OFFICIALS REMOVE THAT BUMPER FROM THE TRACK? 4-5 CARS DROVE OVER IT AND FLIP[PED IT AROUND, AND ONE OFFICIAL ALMOST TRIPS OVER IT WHEN LEAVING THE TRACK..... AND YES, LOTS OF BRAKES BEING USED, LOOKS LIKE THERE WAS A HEAT LOADED WITH BUDDIES THERE..... TOO BAD...
im sorry but i think the guy that got rolled twice and still running should of been able to still run. He only got flipped the second time because the guy in the red car allready had him lined up.

Why should you be allowed to run if you are flipped over? How is that any different than getting pushed into and stuck on the dirt. If you can't get yourself out or have a buddy push you out then why should you be helped? Getting rolled is the same thing. I guess if you want the flagmen could give you a minute to make a hit but my guess is you will want out of the car. The two are the same. Someone put you on your lid. You are out. Someplaces don't run this way but it makes more sense than allowing someone to continue. If you need the help of someone other than a driver on the track you should be out. That is my opinion though.
I do agree that bumpers and axles should be removed from the track. That stuff can easily come through floors or windows and hurt or kill someone.

VERY TRUE, IF THE DERBY HAS TO BE STOPPED TO ASSIST YOU, YOUR FLAG GETS BROKEN...PERIOD.....
I personally believe that flipping someone is more unsportsman then telling officials off. Yeah it happens but people the cheer for them are ignorant. You are here complaining about a bumper left on the track is dangerous, so is flipping someone. Anything can happen inside these cars. A battery could come out of the battery box and hit the drive or spill battery acid all over the driver. There are alot of things that can happen even if we don't think they will.
Dry tracks are going to eventually lead to someones death.
he was flipped once. they rolled him over n let him run the first time. like i said only reason he was flipped again is cause the red car had him lined up from the first time.
I actually like the idea of people allowed to be back in after being flipped..but i think it should be a 1 flip limit(2 rolls and you're done). How many times have you seen someone putting on a show then get slow rolled or flip themselves on another car.
Now obviously, a few certain checks should be done before the person is allowed to run again, such as any issues to do with the fuel tank/lines, battery, stability of the car, etc. Your tanks and batteries are supposed to be covered and strapped down tight to not move...so whats the difference if a battery were to come out from a hard hit and getting rolled?
Just like you saw in the video, the first guy got out because his gas tank wasn't secure, and that could have happened after a hard hit under the right circumstances. IMO cars shouldn't even be allowed to run without some kind of halo/rollbar and AT LEAST a seat and dash bar. If you wear your seatbelt and the other safety precautions are followed through rollovers aren't a problem like people make them out to be.
Besides, fans LOVE them
At our local fair the officials didnt pick up a bumper and I ran it over put a huge hole in the rear floor pan, they need to pick that stuff up
I understand flipping the first car and then flipping SCALES the first time, but the second time SCALES got flipped was bull. To begin with the red car stood on it at 2 on the count down and SCALES was yet to put a seat belt on. After the first roll over all he did was get the car running and was then flipped again. Kind of a douche move by the red car. Plus the officials should have atleast waited for SCALES to get his seat belt on, and remove the bumper from the track, along with SCALES's tire wherever it is. JMO
We are all in it to win it, but jumping the gun and knowing your going to flip the same car again is no way to advance, granted SCALES was pansying around the track and not making any hits at all.
Pretty lame..... Wasted 28 minutes....
if your rolled you should be done. the thing i didnt like was that he didnt even look like he got a seat belt on and red car jumped the gun on him. that guy could have easly got killed form getting crushed buy his own car if he fell out the window a bit. but all this drama could have been avoided if they just pulled his fag the first time.
the car wasnt flaged for being flipped the second time look a little closser he started moving under red after being warned that is why he was DQed he was lining a shot of his own
to behonest it was in the best interest of scales to leave the track.. sure the 2nd time might have happened a little early.. but for a car not doing anything the whole time i dont feel sorry.. and with one drive tire.. he wouldnt have had a car left.. with all the drama he was adding after the 2nd roll over im sure the red car and all the others would made his life hell out there
i realize roll overs happen but the guy in the red cars does his best to try to roll people over with no concern for their safety,,,real douche bag if you ask me,,,i have been in his shoes many times and lifted because i didn't want to intentionally hurt anyone,,,in all three he looks back and then drives then till they roll,,,,,,,un-sportsman like as it gets in my book....
i thought the red smash top bagged just as much as any of them he just bumped around till he slid under some one and then would get on it. imo the 000 was the only one really doing anything alot of engine noise but still hitting people.
GUY IN THE 3 WHEELED CAR OUTLASTED A TON OF OTHERS, SO IN MY MIND, HE DID HAVE PLENTY OF CAR LEFT.. BUT...ONE FLIP AND YOURE DONE.. NO DIFFERENT THAN BEING STUCK ON A WALL....
I wasnt real impressed with the whole video but i think the second flip was sorta bogus but then again as it is around here after two flips your out
where i run if the derby has to stop for you twice your stick is broke but that second shot was bogus as hell
