I have a 95 Neon and there is a loose wire/short in the black fuse box under the hood (by the battery). Do I need the fuse box or can I wire around it somehow? Any tips/advice would be nice.

well, does it run now? if it does, leave it running and start pulling fuses. if it dies when you pull 1 than you need it. easiest way to find out.
