same here.....
found this place, never used them but kinda cool that they have such a good selection and prices are not unreasonable
We have had good luck with Motorcraft 2bbl's on SBC...
I run 500 cfm Holley 2bbls.
rodchester 2g
2g's are good reliable carbs, but you cant beat the throttle response of a good 4412.

i agree totally but don't forget the ford motorcraft 2 brl's, that is what the holley's are based off.
I run a 500 cfm holley also
i run a 500cfm 2g with holley .71 jets. it has the best throttle response of any carb ive ever seen.
I've used Carters, Rochesters and now I'm running a late 50's Motorcraft and they've all performed well for me. All very simple to rebuild and tune too.
I run 4412 Holleys but mine are alittle more than 500cfm
. Just bought 2 more of them going to take them to my carb guy to change them over to methanol and let him do his tricks. Im also thinking of picking up a very simple one barrel thats flow from 390cfm to over 900cfm just by the push of the pedal.
;)
I don't know how that predator will do in a derby but they are awesome on drag cars

Ive been running 4412 Holly for 12 years now. I like them. There is another added vote for the 4412.
Holly 2 brl. I've always loved how you can adjust floats and jets without tearing everything apart.
