Hey guys, I was wondering if anybody has found the factory build sheet when they were stripping there 71-76 GM wagons? I am wanting to locate the original one for my 1974 Buick Wagon but I don't want to completely tear all my interior out to do it. I have all the original brochures for my car and I want to display the original build sheet with all the brochures
No but I found a gas reciept where gas was 58 cents a gallon in one.
I have looked under rear seat, which still has the seat tags attached, right wheel well, drivers door, passenger door, both rear doors, under front carpet. In the Camaro's they are usually under the back seat, and on top of the gas tank
Google replacement window stickers... you send in the VIN and they send you a copy of the original window sticker.. They will even laminate it for you...
I have the original window sticker, I want the build sheet from the factory and they do not reproduce those. Thanks foor the idea though
UNDER THE REAR SEAT IS THE ONLY PLACE I HAVE SEEN THEM IN THE WAGONS.
HAD ONE THAT WAS SPRAY GLUED TO THE INSIDE OF THE DRIVERS SIDE REAR WHEEL COVE INTERIOR COVER.... LOTS OF WAGONS HAVE GONE THRU MY HANDS, AND HAVE ONLY FOUND ONE... WEIRD....
Thats the next place I am goin to look. I have not looked there or in the tailgate itself. Otherwise the headliner is the last place I haven't checked, and I will not check there. To much of a chance on me ruining it for no good reason.
I have ran about 20 wagons, no build sheet in any of them. Constantly finding sedan ones on top of the gas tank.
I found one taped to the inside driver's door interior panel on my 73 Buick Estate. If you can't find it you might as well smash it;)
SOLD A 75 LESABRE YESTERDAY, IT HAD IT INSIDE DRIVERS DOOR PANEL TAPPED IN.....
Junked a 73 Riviera and a 73 Toro, before I pull motors I always cut the fuel tanks out... Found both the build sheets there, although alittle dry and cracked, still able to read them... Pretty neat in 40 year old cars. 
I just found one in my 76 olds wagon im stripping out. It was on the inside drivers side rear door panel.
